回複：Why did your HR notify your boss before you?

I guess I didn't know it's a company policy that you are supposed to let the manager know you are looking for a new job, so that it will give them enough time for the work arrangement, even though you are not sure if you can get an offer.  I was shocked to know that I got an inverview and more shocked by the fact that my boss knew it, but not me.  I still haven't gotten the interview notice, though she told me I'm supposed to get the notice sometime today.  What kind of policy is that?  Maybe it's a policy as well that the manager can't treat the job-searching employee unfairly if he/she can't get the expected offer.
