Really appreciate everyone's reply!  That calms me down.  I've been an almost model employee.  Not sure if she realizes that since she's new.  I applied this job because I was not satisfied with my pay level, and I was hoping to get a promotion through this new job.  The boss just told me this is going to be a lateral transition since it's still in the same family job I am currently in.  I really feels like "偷雞不成蝕把米", 好失敗啊.
