becasue of the work function, i work with CEO closely and he has hard time to figure it out how the Chiese Engineering 's thoughts because most of time, Chinese engineers keep quite at meeting. If you don't say what you want, nobody has a time to guess , be open to what you want and keep trying it... the truth most of good leaders appreciate it.
