former boss called me today

Told me she needed someone to run technology in her company

she founded a start-up a few years ago. I Don't think it is very successful.she is some what out of touch with reality,but has some quite effective connection, so that her company has survived financial challenges for several years. She said she would focus on funding and wanted me to supervise technology for her, or refer someone to her. I am not sure I want to do this,unless it is a consulting role..

I have helped her as a consultant whenever she needs me. This time itseems she is asking for a dedicated person.
