Yes U r right that the experience in small firm will

not count too much in big firm. That is why I am suggesting that: people who work in small & mid-size  CPA firm should change their job after 2-3 years to a bigger firm as seniors. Otherwise, it is very hard for them to get a position like supervisory / manager position in a comparatively bigger firms.

Fortunitely I got what I wanted in this job changing. Otherwise I will be very mad at that stupid green card;) who wasted so much of my career youth
