Thank you for the response. Yeah, I was thinking if there is a better way for our both: Manager and myself. I kept her updated even suggested that I would send out an email (copied her) to a higher level (XXX) asking for direction. But I think she wanted to really involved into it (sending out email herself, etc), and she didn't have that much time... I think she should be delegated more to people, then she can focused on more important things to do. But I am concerning that the fact my project was the one late, it is not good for both of us, right....
