It's hard to get 401K changed, cause it is the company policy.

You might get 5 days more on paid vacation, depend on your boss and HR.

Generally speaking, the benefits are getting worse and worse these days. My company will not offer pension plan for the 2010 hires and afterwards. The vacation plan has become worse as well.
