don't you worry about them!

last year, my company laid off many poeple. CEO claimed most of those eliminated psotions were VPs and directors. In fact, those people got hired right back into different positions, with slightly different titles. In my group, those retained are middle level managers. The actual hands-on people are eliminated. Some, after a full year are still looking.
