I got it. 

Although she said you shouldn't show your emotion (happy or unhappy) on your face, actually who cares when you have a smiling face.  She saw I was upset about her and didn't like it.  So she could treat me like crap and I should still smile at her.

I'm luky she is just a manager not boss.
