How to resonse the insulted words

My supervisor who is Philippine often say some insulted words. She commented:"Everything is made in China, you know, how bad quality the Chinese products have " after we used a connection device that didn't hook well. One day, she said:" Chinese people will be killed if you still use the old inspecting device. " I felt really mad and shamed when she said these words. It belittles not only myself but also whole China. I responded, but it did not have enough good results. How do I response her words in a best way? I am waiting for tips
