回複：Relocation or not, totally depends

Great thanks to 美國老土 for the advices. I totally agree what 美國老土 said that it's better to find a local job if the whole family more like to stay. But the problem is, with the current job market, it's a little hard to find a local job. Just use myself as an example. My current company is okay but not so stable and I would like to jump ship if I could find a better position. However, most jobs close to my background are in other states. So, it's really a big headache for me to find a balance between my family and the job...I have been dreaming from day one since I took my first job that I could always work and live around my family, rather than let my family relocate with me again and again....Anyway, I really appreciate 美國老土's great input and hope somebody else who had similar experience would like to give his/her 2 cents here...
