depending on your situation, you should definitely negotiate to certain extent. if 70K is a happy no. then ask for 80K. They will come back to you, ''no we can not give you that high the best we can do is to add another 2k or 3k, but we have free tuition, and we allow flexible work hours". So take the highest they can offer, and ask for something like working from home twice a week.:-)
Be professional. But emphasize your value. don't be afraid of losing the job as it's already yours. On the other hand, do not push them to the corner. 見好就收.
