DBA position is not easy to get in.

Is there a company which will give its data to a less experienced fresh person?This is a barrier.If a postion has a barrier to prevent people from getting in,then it is a good job.there is not a lot of experienced DBA in the market,and the market dicide the paycheck.If someone can not good paycheck in such a market,She/he may need to research which skills she/he have to get/improve rather than thinking of changing career.
