Based on the numbers you run here, I think you should be able to recoup your loss by the end of year 3. So if you plan to stay with your new employer for more than 3 years you are at a win-win position. Otherwise you need to think about what you really want from your new employer. A better opportunity with more advancement? Or nothing but the location.
