The big boss didn't show her attitude clearly. She was collecting information. Understandable, right?

She seems to agree to the problems with the Indian boss.

After I asked her for permission for working at home for one week because I was too upset last week, she reply with 'Dear [my first name]', but still asked me to report to my small Indian boss 'as required'.

So I am waiting and see what's happening next.
