Problem with Indian Boss. Fight Back?

I am in this big company for over 2 years. New indian female boss is new in 1 year. She doesn't like me, though she has a charming smile.

Wow first time with Indian boss, I feel sting every day.

She find an error and make it bigger and have HR give me a warning.The HR is nice to me and encourage me to write back after I calm down. I have proof that her project is losing money because of her obsession with power.

If you were in my position, would you fight back?

I am a single mom, can not afford to lose job. But I am scared and will be very uncomfortable to work with her again.

If I fight back, I will have 50% chance to get her down since she is really horrible. I will also has a 70% chance to apply for a transfer to the other group.
