找工作， 請高手指教

I have been a post-doc in a prestige univerisity for several years in molecular biology area and I have Ph.D degree (I received it in China ). since I could not get the faculty in research area and I am not interested in banch work and my positiion could not provide me good salary, I want to find other job. some of my friends suggested me to learn some classes to be a nurse. would you like to give me some suggestion what I should do?
