good Startup worth leaving current public company

I am in Silicon Valley.
I worked in start up and in large companies.
I turned down offers from large firm and from start ups.
Tell you the truth, I like the start up.
A good start up in silicon Valley offers the best finance return.
You have to do your own detailed analysis, see if it is worth to move or not.
$$, lifestyle, and marketable skill sets are the three elements when I looking for a position.
