蟲:That colleague (D) is really a stupid idiot

At work,no matter how much you two hate each other, keeping a fake collaborative attitude is important. She is obviously doing everything she can to destroy herself. What you need to do is to keep your interaction with her professional. The following are a few things come to mind.
1. talk iwth your boss. let him know that despite the incident before, you will keep working with her to make sure job can be done. But also let your boss know that you may need his help to resolve issues
2. Don't avoid her. Don't argue with her in public. If any conflicts arise, let your boss handle it.
3. If you need anything for work from her, email her, cc your boss so taht you have a written record and your boss is fully aware of it. yOu need to work on the wording in email so that nothing can be used against yourself.
4. Record incidents when she is mean to you by behavior by language or anything that you can interpret as being aggressive in public. (time, topic of discussion, mean words she uses or behavior like throwing objects). Record also whoever is presence and can be witness.The key here is public behavior. Private wording exchange is hard to be used as proof. just ignore her.
5. To other collegues, avoid anything negative about D. and make sure that they do not see you as the source of problem. If anything, they would see you as the victim.
