第一次拿到corp-to-corp的contract.請教這裏的高手關於合約的條款能簽嗎？

我穀狗了一下，security deposit 隻有租房合約有，沒見高科技合約有。解釋是如果laptop（A方owner）在項目中歸我（B方）使用，所以A方要security deposit. 但是沒有說明在那種情況下壞了要B方陪。我想加一條，隻有我故意損壞我才陪，應該合理嗎？還是讓他拿掉這一條款(這我已經溝通過，A方不願意那掉)。我主要認為條款沒界定出很多我不能控製的因素。如果電腦自己壞了，我當然不應該陪。多謝指教!
條款如下
You agree to provide us with the Security indicated on each Placement Addendum, which will be deducted from the first payments(40hours). The Security will be returned to you, together with interest at the rate of 2% per annum, upon our receipt of authorization from the Client.

Notwithstanding the above, if you have breached the provisions of this Agreement, you agree that:
1)You will forfeit the Security to compensate us for any damages we incur as a result of your breach; 2)The Security represents a reasonable estimate of damages, and is not a penalty; and
3)Should the damages be greater than the Security, we reserve the right to claim for the excess damages, including deducting such damages from future or outstanding payments to you.
