I will have a panel phone interview with 3 people for one hour in this Thursday. Please advice how to handle this kind of interview. Also, please help with the following interview questions. Thanks.
-- Be sure understand the question they ask, if not, ask them speak slowly and repeat the questions.
-- Read my poster" 3 hours interview", wish the idea in there help a bit.

1）Why you left your former employer in one year?

-- As you know the green card is very important to me, I wish the process can be start ASAP, even I like that company very much, they couldn't stat apply my Green Card until I worked three years for them. Therefore, in order to not wate three years of my H1, I found a company who recognized my value better and can do my Green Card immediately.

2）Why you want to leave your current employer.
-- Again, because I got my Green Card, so I can move any company without visa problem.
-- Actually from my resume you can see I stayed in this company for 6 years. I like the team and they like me also. However, I like your guys more, this is the reason why I am applying this position. (This means if you guys do not traet me better, I may not move.... Don't tell them.)



3）Describe the idea position and boss?
-- This position which I am allying right now, is my ideal position.
-- As you know I am a good team member wherever I have worked. My manager likes me and I like my manager.
-- Since I am a easy guy and always happy with my manager, I really do not have too much requirement to my manager. I always put my manager's request as my first priority.
-- As long as the boss is fair, he is my ideal boss. Very simple.
-- I believe you will be fair, so you is my ideal boss.
