Common sense is to stay here. At early 40s, I am kind of shy away from risk. I have good business sense, but not much experience in that area. She didn't offer me any concrete promise. At the moment, I am still trying to find out what kind of help she can provide. All I need is a jump start.

Sometimes I feel like life here is dull. More exciting life style is tempting. Just want to "live" a little. You can only live once, right?
Life in bay area IT area is also stressful, and has its own uncertainty.
