緊急求助！

Our group will cut hours and I have conflicted with my supervisor, I request sick leave and vacation, he denied, so he ask me to see him and director, i think that will discuss the cut hours. I would like them to laid off me instead of I resign. Do u think which way is better? laid off or I quit? very appreciate your opinion!!!!!!!!!!!
