How to answer interview question for the experience you don't ha

You are applying for a tax manager position in a publicly traded company. You meet all of the requirements except one: you do not have experience in merger & acquisition. Of course you have read the IRC Code and have a good understanding of the complicated tax laws in this area. You simply just do not have working experience.

How would you answer the question like: "do you have Merger & Acqusition" experience?
