I knew a friend had a even stringer case including pregrancy discrimination but no lawyer willing to accept the case.
For most people got fired or laid off, it is their
lack of communication skills, espicailly wih thir boss.
If this is his first job, then he is luck to learn the
lesson sooner than later. It cost me two jobs to learn this.
