Allow me to try...

1. "you need some sweet"
translation: don't be such a sourpuss/killjoy (translation: lighten up; don't act with uncalled-for seriousness; live and let live)

2. "you want to sweet me up?"
translation: make the speaker more agreeable/pleasant, playfully suggesting that he/she is habitually too harsh/demanding ("sweet me up" is a more slangy variation of "sweeten me up")

By the way, there is no such verb as "compliane." The correct spelling is “complain.”
