How to negotiate salary

Accept an email offer at 80,000 yesterday from hiring manager,but HR sent email today saying after rechecking, the salary offered earlier is over the pay range. They could only offer 75,000 annual salary plus a $5,000 sign on bonus.

How should I negotiate the salary at this point?
