Chong Chong: listen
You need to see this incident from your company's perspective now. the only thing they want to do is to protect themselves. thus, they can only be her side because if they admitted that you were right and gave her some probation, they admitted that the work environment was nto safe and technically they were responsible for the damage to you as much as the other employee. So, they have to say that you over-reacted and protect company from being sued. They must have consulted legal on this. You do not have evidence, do not have witness. It is your words against hers. So you have no case here. Bringing it to HR has already done some damage to yourself. drop it now if you still want to survive in your company.
