1.In my opinion,It's better not to do anything since it may complicate the event and give the other side a chance to fight back later.
2.Report to HR immediately and describe what happened.that is all.
3.I totally agree,It's done after reporting to HR.
4.Follow the HR's instructions to complete the investigation.Repeat the truth,no comments and explain your worries.Done.
