You are very much like me. 有些事看得我都看不過去. this is what we have in common. As a bystander, I realize the problem is exactly this. We care too much. Because of this, we speak up and thus offend people who either can't see the problem or can't care less. A way out is to care less. Just do what you are told. document everything so taht the blame would not fall into your lap.
