If contract pay is NOT more than 200% of perm, go perm

Depends on job prosperity, household income structure, you, spouse and children's ages, and your personal characters... Not everyone fits contract employment.

For an ordinary person, if contract pay is less than minimum 200% of perm pay, don't bother, take easy life.
