What should I do?

Sorry that I can't type Chinese in my computer.

I just started new job two months ago. In the past few weeks, everything seemed to go smoothly. However after I completely one project. (Since I couldn’t know some terminologies, I think I didn’t meet his expectations although he sent an email saying I was great for this project). I found some wired things…for example:
• He saved some shared folders on network so that I could find sources if needed. I was able to access to them but now I found I couldn’t …;
• He used to have me copied for the projects he was working on, but now he never does that
• I had a meeting with him for a project he assigned two weeks ago. He just gives me very brief idea since I really know much about it. At the end of meeting, he asked me if I was stressful
I really don’t know what does he mean? Any thoughts are appreciated
