I am always at the same level with my co-workers.
My boss is always smarter than me just a little bit.
My boss always think he get solutions/ideas by his own thinking,not my suggestions.
There is just not a thing called credit in my dictionaries.
only one thing I have is that my boss like me,if not,I just leave as soon as possible.
