actually your current situation is exactly like my previous team lead.. although he's an Indian.. here is what he does.. he doesn't complain to his boss (white).. he complained to his sub ordinate (also white).. he told this guy he can leave without getting green card because it's all about priority in life.. he's sure this guy's gonna leak the info to the big boss..

and whenever this white sub doesn't do good work, he would deliberately disappear when the big boss having a meeting which needs his support..

i suggest you do the same.. there are a lot that we can learn from our Indian colleagues..
