Hi, thanks for your feedback. The reason I want to tell my current company now is that the new company want me to start work at May 17. I want to give notice 10days in advance to my current company. Both them are big companies: current is >20k employees and new one is ~8k. I don’t if there is any risk in here. I am US citizen. Thanks
