I am looking for a contract position in a pharma. My current job is perm with pay a little over $80K. Since I have a bad relationship woth my boss, I need to find a new job. A job agent called me about a contract. But she insists me to give her a hrly pay rate. How much I should tell her? Thanks you very much.
