Agree! Here are my opinions:

You need to tailor your resume to the job you’re applying to, don’t use the same resume for every application. Try to add some variety to your resume, so your skill set doesn’t seem too limited. Don’t put too much irrelevant material in so you won’t seem over qualified. Human Resources doesn’t want to hire a worker for a boss’s wages and it doesn’t want hire a boss for a normal position. Don’t expect too much; it’s better to try any job now and switch when the economy gets better. Having recent job experience will make easier for you find a better job in the future.
