Many of us wanted to be the "big boss" ASAP, without realizing there are so many things we don't know (I call it "unconscious ignorance" -- one doesn't know that he/she doesn't know). It would be a real fortune if you can find your "champion leader", who can coach you along the way and cover you when things don't go smooth.

The challenge, however, is without this first humbling ourselves and admitting our ignorance, we can easily transition into complaining mode, which is not helpful under any circumstances.
