good reasoning

I am proud of myself and don't care about what others say, high or low. Since I don't feel being appreciated, I would move on. The dilemma with moving-on is that one will have to start from scatch. The credit and trust one built up with the former employer are gone. Frankly, this is not ideal for career. I am not talking about simply getting more pay or higher title, but really do sth useful.
