請教高手- 感覺很糟糕

昨天總部HR director 要我給他我公司的General Manager 和Financ manager （myself）的工資和福利summary， 說是he is working with one of the recruitment company to do job evaluation for some of our positions, he needs those info for benchmarking those positions and then present it to the company chairman and board. We have fired staff before but never have Corporate HR involved, and financial wise we are a recession proof company!
