Hi, thanks a lot, unfortunately I got my Ph.D in Europe, but when I try to apply for a research assitant job with Ph.D, it seems very difficult, usually it only requires Bsc or Msc, Ph.D is Overqualified?? Do you know anyone has similar experiences to obtain a RA job with Ph.D? or any tricks? or even hide the Ph.D degree?
