I have #2 done already. can show him my plan for #3 need to enforce #4, I guess he is fully aware of #1, don't need me to tell him again. Should I emphasize on how well I did before and he should trust my judgement?

I am very outspoken, should I ask big boss to tell those people to back-off and let me do my job?
