my current company policy is:
accrued vacation will be paid based on your salary, sick day accrued will be paid by $50/day provided you worked in the company for at least one year. If 401k account is over $10,000, it can stay. If it is less than that, you can roll it over. Retirement(10% of salary
every year) is yours if you have worked in the company for 3 years or longer. Just for your information, difference companies have different policies, you need to consult your HR to know how it works exactly in your company.
