instead focusing on previous companies, emphasis the current job, "I want to leave because this (new) company provides me great opportunities.... good pay...more responsibility...." and " I have rewarded the company with XXX contributions, make millions of dollars for them (j/k), etc..." and then " I think I will repeat my successful story in my next company...." blah, blah, blah...
