建議從分析設計到實現到測試維護，仔細地過一遍，找出潛在的問題（相信會很多），特別highlight將來可能的災難後果，作點risk analysis, 及解決辦法（如增加人手, 明確責任，不能眉毛胡子一把抓）。寫個書麵報告。旨在do what you can to convince她們we really need a change now. If they still ignore you and you can not stand it, time to consider跳槽了。
