Manager is 咱的飯票, Never argue with the manager.
Try to and stand what the manager wanted from you, try to meet their requirements.
Use positive tone when you talk, the key talk points can be included like:
-- I really appreciate you gave me the bonus of this year, thanks a lot!
-- As you know I am a professional, I have always set up high stand goals for myself and try my best to reach it;
-- I am surprised about the review you guys gave to me, I am willing to make the improvement towards the goal you asked me to meet. This is the reason why IO have set up this meeting;
-- I wish you guys will give me more bonus next years after I meet the goal....
