I am a full time employee with less than 3 years' experience. W is a temp with more than 10 years' experience. My direct boss D hired her since we had so many things to do because of historical reasons. I was hired by A whom D reports to two years ago. But since the first day, I knew D can not accept me, But D just came to the company 3 months ahead of me, so she had no choice. Now D hired W. Although she is a temp, she spoke to me rudely. Technically I report to her and she reviews my work, so I have been always doing my best to treat her nicely and to tolerate her.
But in three months, I found D likes W very much. Now, W treated other Americans in a different way from treating me. She speaks to me rudely and treated me badly but help other Americans and treats them nicely. Since W and I are the only two persons in the room. Nobody knows how she treats me except I speak out.
W wants to be a full time employee. She is always doing her best to establish a good impresion and relationship to other people. She likes to brag and doesn't have integrity. Some times, I found even if it's her mistakes, she reports to D and lets me assume her mistakes (from D's attitude to me). But D told me to reports to W directly. Now, W becomes more and more malicious to me. W knows D likes her and doesn't like me. It doesn't matter how much I do and how hard I work.
Big boss A treats me much better than them. He just signed on my application form of CPA certificate and supports me to apply for it. Should I continue to tolerate W's behavior until I get my CPA (at least 2 weeks from now) then reports how W treats me to A or should I look for a new job? Or, any other opinions?
I really can't continue to tolerate W's bad attitude and behavior to me. I was very angry at her lie and shouting at me this afternoon but the situation is between her and me.
Welcome and thank you for your opinions!
