small biotech NGO project mgmt

her title is director, we have other 2 VPs and CEO, total 9 person in corp office. The Director i talked about is actually a VP but does not look over my boss. Because it is a small org we have to do juggle a lot, so her territory oriented attitude is not adding value to my work.My title is just assistant but my job description is not an admin assistant - it's communication assistant - but really there is only her and me in communications； i do a lot of communication and coordination; i over look (but she takes credit and control of course) 科普.
