It's OK to have different opinions with your boss. But you need to have data or evidence to prove you are correct. Don't draw the conclusion or give an answer right away. Say something like " I understand the issue, will investigate, talk to different people and will get back to you. Never say "I don't know or that's not my responsibility" even though it is true. That's the experience I learned from my boss.
