Should have your lawyer to review the 物業管理的report to find out if there is any potential/hidden issues...in case property management might not list them AS of TODAY...include 物業管理 fees, cable or other utilities, 物業管理 office(s) issue(s) within/between the buildings/properties and common shared areas...
take some pictures for all appliances/fixtures BEFORE signing your doc.
